Do I need to be a member of the local MLS to participate?

Yes. You will be required to be a member of the local MLS if you would like to participate in our program.

What kind of results can I expect?

The site usually begins to generate traffic & leads within 6-8 weeks after launch (depending in part on how competitive your market is). The system will almost certainly have a higher ROI than any pay-per-click program you might be considering. If your site does not generate at least 15 leads a month we will subtract $5 for each lead we are short.

Can I build my own optimized real estate web site?

Excess leads which you do not want to purchase would remain the property of Internet Engine and may be resold. On the contrary, once you have purchased leads, you gain exculsive rights to those leads and may resell them if you choose.
